Pink Un Matchday is back for another Championship ‘pitch war’, as the crew review Norwich City’s superb victory over Nottingham Forest.

Filmed from Carrow Road, Michael Bailey is joined by Norwich City legend Darren Eadie and Radio Norwich’s Stuart Hodge to review the 5-1 win over Nottingham Forest in the EFL Championship.

City manager Alex Neil and Forest boss Gary Brazil give their press conference verdicts, while Alex Pritchard speaks to Michael following his excellent two-goal performance.

And Jon Rogers – AKA Big Grant Holt – was sent out to get the immediate reaction of the supporters at Carrow Road straight after the full-time whistle.

City’s victory came thanks to some stunning goals, led by an incredible opening volley from Jonny Howson. Wes Hoolahan chipped in with a 30-yard strike, while Josh Murphy marked a rare league start with a goal of his own.

But the day couldn’t have been any worse for struggling Forest, who lost goalkeeper Stephen Henderson through injury and Eric Lichaj sent off in the second half after two bookings.

Next up for Norwich is a much anticipated visit from Championship leaders Newcastle United to Carrow Road on Tuesday (7.45pm). City lost 4-3 at St James’ Park back in September, despite leading with just 180 seconds of injury time still to play.
