Will Nigel spend money sensibly?
Nigel Worthington could take his spending to £15 million if he is successful in capturing his targets in the transfer window. In bringing in 48 players, Worthington has spent nearly £10.5 million on transfer fees alone going into his sixth year as boss at Carrow Road and £3 million-rated Cameron Jerome and £1 million-rated Greg Halford could increase that spending.

This list of his buys does not include signing on fees, wages or money dished out to players who were dumped before the end of their contract and therefore paid off.
But Worthington has also recouped a large chunk of that cash through the sales of Dean Ashton (£7m to West Ham), Damien Francis (£1.5m to Wigan Athletic) and Mattias Jonson (£700,000 to Djurgarden).
