A crowd of over 200 enjoyed an entertaining game as Wymondham Town and Wroxham Reserves competed for the Presidents' Trophy.
Both teams played good football but just before half-time the young Wroxham team took the lead with a first class goal from Bradley Hoffman.
After the interval the visitors' class began to tell but Hodges in the home goal made some fine save.
But just before the end of the game Shaun Woanes popped up to add a second for Wroxham to secure the win.
“Both teams played well and on this performance should do well in the new season,” said Wroxham and Wymondham president Les King.
