Two of Norwich City recent academy signings have received international call-ups.

Centre-back Rocky Bushiri, who has been sent straight out on loan to Blackpool, has retained his place in the Belgium Under-21 squad.

The 19-year-old defender has made five appearances for his League One loan club so far this season and already has five caps at U21 level. Blackpool are due to host Morecambe in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday, which Bushiri may have to miss ahead of a European U21 Championship qualifier in Wales on Friday. He will definitely miss the League One game at Coventry next Saturday, with the Belgians also hosting Bosnia & Herzegovina in qualifying the following Tuesday.

Dan Adshead, a midfielder signed from Rochdale, has also been named in the England U19 squad for the first time. The 17-year-old has three U18 caps and joins the U19s for friendlies against Greece at St George's Park on Thursday and in Germany the following Monday.
